- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
- Melt Butter: In a large pan, melt butter.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeno. Cook for 5 minutes. Add ground beef.
- Cook Beef and Vegetables: Cook until ground beef is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Season: Drain excess fat and return to pan. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Serve: Serve over cooked rice.
