Blueberry Sauce:
- 2⅓ cups frozen blueberries
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (or sugar)
Overnight Oats:
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (ideally lemon flavored yogurt)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Blueberry Sauce: Add the blueberries and maple syrup to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring and mashing until saucy. Cook for 10-20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Overnight Oats: Combine milk, Greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and lemon zest. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Divide blueberry sauce between four jars, top with overnight oats. Add toppings like lemon zest and fresh blueberries.
Notes
- You can customize toppings with nuts, seeds, or additional fruits.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less maple syrup.
