For the Caramel Drizzle:

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel sauce (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Brew & Cool the Espresso Brew ¼ cup of espresso or strong coffee and let it cool.
  2. Step 2: Mix the Oats Base In a mason jar, add rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and the cooled espresso. Stir well.
  3. Step 3: Add the Caramel Drizzle Stir in 1 tbsp caramel sauce and a pinch of sea salt for a rich, sweet flavor.
  4. Step 4: Seal & Chill Overnight Cover the jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats soak.
  5. Step 5: Stir & Serve In the morning, stir the oats and add a little extra milk if needed.
  6. Step 6: Add Toppings & Enjoy Drizzle with extra caramel, sprinkle cinnamon, and enjoy!
