Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread is a delicious twist on traditional monkey bread, combining the flavors of chicken alfredo in a fun, pull-apart form.

Dough Balls:
- 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Assembly:
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
- 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated, divided
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded, divided
- 1 cup alfredo sauce, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Cut pizza dough into 1/2-inch pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Cut pizza dough into ½-inch pieces, roll each into a ball, and place in a large bowl.
- Top dough balls with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup parmesan. Coat the dough balls with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup parmesan cheese using your hands.
- In bundt pan, layer ingredients: 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, 1/2 of dough balls, 1/2 chicken, and 1/2 alfredo sauce. Repeat. Top with remaining cheeses. Start layering the bundt pan with mozzarella, parmesan, dough balls, chicken, and alfredo sauce. Repeat the layers and finish with the remaining cheeses.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Bake until the top is golden and cheese is melted.
- Invert bundt pan onto a plate. Allow to cool before serving. Invert the bundt pan onto a plate and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
