- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Prepare Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
- Make Toffee Layer: In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar. Boil for 3 minutes until it turns into a deep caramel color. Pour the mixture over the saltines, spreading it evenly.
- Bake: Bake for 5 to 6 minutes until bubbly.
- Add White Chocolate: Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot toffee. Allow to melt for 5 minutes. Spread the melted chocolate into an even layer.
- Finish: Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the white chocolate. Let it cool completely or refrigerate for 10 minutes to set the chocolate. Break into pieces to serve.
