- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Cinnamon Swirl:
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together milk and lemon juice. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Add vegetable oil, vanilla, and eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
- Make Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Pour half of the batter into the pan, add cinnamon swirl in lines, then repeat with the remaining batter and swirl mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
