Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast: Combine warm water and granulated sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let sit until foamy.
  2. Mix the dough: Whisk flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir to form a sticky dough ball.
  3. First rise: Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
