Cake:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 package chocolate cake mix (any variety)
Topping:
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 15 OREO Cookies, crumbs
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (milk chocolate)
Instructions
- For The Cake: Mix butter and eggs.
- Add in cake mix and mix well (batter will be thick).
- Spread into a greased 9×13 baking pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of chocolate cake mixture.
- For The Topping: Beat together eggs, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.
- Fold in crushed OREO cookies.
- Spread carefully over the chocolate mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
