Pasta:
- 450 g Penne pasta (uncooked)

- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Milk (or half and half)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup Pesto
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: In a large pot, cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Sauté Garlic: In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until golden.
