  • 1 cup Fresh lemon juice (about 68 lemons)
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Cold water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest (optional, for more punch)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 23 drops Yellow food coloring (optional, for color)

Whip Magic

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ¼ cup Sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Lemon Base – Juice lemons and strain into a pitcher. Mix with sugar, water, vanilla, lemon zest, food coloring, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whip Magic – Whip cold cream with condensed milk until soft peaks form.
  3. Combine – Gently fold the whipped mixture into the lemon base until combined.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
