Chicken Cutlets:
- 5 chicken cutlets

- Oil (for frying)
Breading:
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup panko crumbs
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Additional:
- 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
- 1–2 French baguettes
- Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
Instructions
- Prepare Caesar Dressing: Mix all dressing ingredients until smooth. Set aside 4–5 tbsp for salad, refrigerate both portions.
- Prepare Chicken: Season cutlets with salt and pepper. Set up breading station.
- Breading Station: Coat cutlets in flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry Chicken: Fry cutlets until golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Spread Caesar dressing on baguettes, add chicken, Caesar salad, and Parmesan. Serve with fries.
