  • 2 tsp espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to incorporate.
  2. Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, and sour cream. Combine with dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Streusel Topping: Mix melted butter, flour, sugars, salt, and espresso powder.
  4. Muffin Assembly: Scoop batter into muffin tin, top with streusel. Bake at 425°F for 7 mins, then at 350°F for 10 mins.
