For the Lasagna:
- 1 box of lasagna noodles
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lasagna noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the shrimp: In a large skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic. Add shrimp, cook until pink, then set aside.
- Make the garlic butter sauce: In the same skillet, make a roux with butter, flour, and milk. Stir in Parmesan, season, and set aside.
- Preheat and layer: Preheat oven. Layer sauce, noodles, shrimp, and cheese in a baking dish.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake, then remove foil and bake until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Let cool, garnish with parsley, and serve.
