Ingredients
Cheese Tortellini:

Chicken Breast:
2 breasts, cubed
Fresh Broccoli:
2 cups florets
Heavy Cream:
1 cup
Parmesan Cheese:
1 cup, grated
Garlic Cloves:
3 cloves, minced
Butter:
2 tablespoons
Olive Oil:

Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water. Set aside.
- Prepare Broccoli: Steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Plunge into ice water, drain, and set aside.
- Sear Chicken: Season and sear chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
- Make Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and whisk in Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Combine Everything: Toss chicken, tortellini, and broccoli in sauce. Serve with extra Parmesan.
