Broth and Dairy:

- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Noodles and Seasonings:
- 8 oz egg noodles (or pasta of choice)

Instructions
- Sauté Onions and Garlic: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Cook Ground Beef: Increase heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add Mushrooms and Seasonings: Stir in mushrooms, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until mushrooms are soft.
- Thicken Sauce: Sprinkle flour over the mixture, then gradually add beef broth while stirring until smooth.
- Incorporate Sour Cream: Reduce heat, mix in sour cream until smooth. Simmer until thickened.
