- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
For the Special Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make the Special Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and refrigerate.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt and pepper until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out tortillas, spread special sauce, add beef, lettuce, cheese, onions, and pickles. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
