  • 1/2 cup hot honey

For the Bowl:

  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and chop vegetables. Prepare all the necessary ingredients and chop the mixed vegetables.
  2. Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper. Ensure the chicken breasts are dry, then season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Cook the chicken in hot olive oil until browned and fully cooked.
  4. In a small bowl, mix hot honey with soy sauce and lime juice; add to the pan. Combine hot honey, soy sauce, and lime juice, then pour over the cooked chicken.
