Lemon Juice:

- TO MAKE THE LEMON JUICE: Combine the squeezed lemon juice with water and optional sugar. Whisk until well mixed.
- STORAGE: Transfer the lemon juice to a sealed mason jar and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Use as a substitute for store-bought lemon juice or in cocktails/mocktails.
- LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP: To make a syrup, heat the lemon juice mixture with sugar on the stovetop until dissolved, around 3-4 minutes. Use as desired.
