Mango Chunks:

  • 1 cup Mango chunks (Fresh or frozen)

Banana:

  • 1/2 Banana (Adds natural sweetness and creaminess)

Milk:

  • 1 cup Milk (Or almond/coconut/orange juice)

Greek Yogurt:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (Optional, for added protein)

Chia Seeds:

  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (Optional, for fiber and omega-3s)

Honey:

  • 1 tsp Honey (Or maple syrup, optional sweetener)

Ice Cubes:

  • 4 Ice cubes (Optional if using fresh fruit)

Instructions

  1. Prep Fruit – Wash and prep fruit: stem strawberries, peel and dice mango, peel and break banana into chunks.
  2. Add Liquid – Add milk (or liquid of choice) to the blender first.
  3. Add Fruit – Add banana, strawberries, and mango (use frozen fruit last if mixing fresh and frozen).
  4. Add Extras – Add optional ingredients: yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and ice cubes.
  5. Blend Smoothie – Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
