A delicious and easy recipe for Mississippi Chicken & Potatoes that combines tender chicken, crispy potatoes, and gooey cheese with a flavorful kick.
Ingredients

Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts
Potatoes:
- 4 medium/large potatoes
Seasonings:
- olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
- 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
- 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning
Additional:
- 2 TBSP butter
- Pepperoncinis or banana peppers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
- Cook Chicken: Cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter.
- Combine: Once cooked, add potatoes to the skillet with chicken. Stir together.
- Finish: Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis. Broil in the oven until cheese melts.

- You can adjust seasonings to taste.
- Feel free to add more cheese for extra gooeyness.
