Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts

Potatoes:

  • 4 medium/large potatoes

Seasonings:

  • olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for potatoes)
  • 1 TBSP Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 TBSP Ranch seasoning

Additional:

  • 2 TBSP butter
  • Pepperoncinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes. Toss with olive oil and seasonings. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  2. Cook Chicken: Cut chicken into cubes and season with olive oil, Aus Ju Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter.
  3. Combine: Once cooked, add potatoes to the skillet with chicken. Stir together.
  4. Finish: Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoncinis. Broil in the oven until cheese melts.
