Chicken Skewers:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders (thighs or breast)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
Instructions
- Prep and Skewer Chicken: Soak wooden skewers in water. Cut chicken into 3″ pieces. Coat chicken in olive oil and seasoning. Skewer tightly.
- Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce: Melt butter and garlic, add red pepper flakes, hot sauce, seasonings, and parmesan. Whisk until combined.
- Cook The Chicken: Air fry skewers at 400°F for 5 minutes, flip, baste with sauce, cook 2 more minutes, flip, baste, and cook 5-6 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
