Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
  • 1.5 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Prep and Skewer Chicken – Soak wooden skewers, cut chicken, coat with oil and spices, skewer tightly.
  2. Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce – Melt butter, add garlic, seasonings, hot sauce, and parmesan, whisk until combined.
