Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley (minced)
- 1.5 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Prep and Skewer Chicken – Soak wooden skewers, cut chicken, coat with oil and spices, skewer tightly.
- Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce – Melt butter, add garlic, seasonings, hot sauce, and parmesan, whisk until combined.
- Cook The Chicken – Air fry skewers at 400 degrees, basting with sauce, until internal temp reaches 165 degrees.
