- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups plain flour

- 2 tablespoons coarse sugar
Instructions
- Prepare Baking Equipment and Ingredients – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
