  • Tomato:

  • 1/4 cup chopped, seeded and peeled
  • Garlic Cloves:

  • 4 cloves, minced
  • Green Onions:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped
  • White Wine or Chicken Broth:

  • 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Herbs Mixture (Basil, Oregano, Parsley, Thyme):

  • 11/2 teaspoons each, minced
  • Parmesan Cheese:

  • 1/4 cup grated
  • Lemon Wedges:

Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions.
  2. Prepare Shrimp: Season shrimp with salt and pepper flakes. Stir-fry in 1 tablespoon of oil until pink, then remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté asparagus, mushrooms, tomato, garlic, and green onions in remaining oil until tender-crisp. Add wine, seasonings, and return shrimp to the pan.
