Instructions
- Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes (if using) to create the sticky garlic sauce.
- Coat the chicken. Toss the bite-sized chicken pieces with cornstarch until they are evenly coated, which helps create a crispy texture when cooked.
- Cook the chicken. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
