Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes (if using) to create the sticky garlic sauce.
  2. Coat the chicken. Toss the bite-sized chicken pieces with cornstarch until they are evenly coated, which helps create a crispy texture when cooked.
  3. Cook the chicken. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add the sauce. Pour the prepared garlic sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well to coat all pieces. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.
  5. Cook the noodles. While the chicken simmers, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
